Art Journaling as a Daily Practice of Reflection, Play, and Personal Narrative

Tools for Healing-Centered Education, Community Building, and Creative Self-Expression

My art journaling practice is where the act of creation begins. It’s where I process, experiment, and return to myself. As a trauma-informed arts educator, I use art journaling to create spaces that are gentle, expressive, and empowering for others too. I’m currently developing handmade stationery, sticker packs, and journaling tools to share in my classes and with the wider community—resources to spark joy, support reflection, and nurture creativity wherever you are.
